Easy Vegan Chia Seed Pudding

Yield: 1-2 servings

Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free and Refined Sugar Free. 

One of my favorite ways to start the day is with the one and only Chia Seed Pudding! Chia seeds have wonderful benefits for the body and can produce all day energy including strength, stamina and endurance. These tiny seeds were a staple in the Aztec and Mayan diets! 


  • ⅓ cup chia seeds 
  • 1 cup sweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup


  1. In a small container, add the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, sugar, and mix well to combine. 
  2. Place the container in the fridge until the seeds have absorbed the milk. This process takes about 4 hours or overnight. 
  3. Enjoy alone or top with your favorite fruits, nuts and jams!
