Iced Vegan Matcha Latte

Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free. 

Need some energy but don’t want coffee? An iced Matcha latte is the perfect way to go. This sweet matcha recipe is one of my favorites that will leave you ready to take on the day. 

Ingredients: 

  • ¼ cup hot water 
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder 
  • 1 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener 
  • ¾ cup sweetened vanilla almond milk 
  • Ice 

Directions: 

  1. Heat ¼ cup of hot water. (Not boiling) 
  2. Add the matcha powder and monkfruit sweetener to the hot water and blend using an electric milk frother or by hand until frothy. 
  3. Add the almond milk to the matcha mixture and stir to combine. 
  4. Pour over ice and enjoy!
