Classic Guacamole

Who doesn’t love a good guac?! This simple but classic Guacamole is a crowd favorite. Enjoy with your favorite chips, pretzels, veggies, as a sandwich spread or by the spoonful because well… it’s that good. 


  • 2 ripe Hass Avocados
  • ½ cup red onion, minced  
  • ⅓ cup tomato, diced 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro 
  • juice from half a lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste 


  1. Cut the avocados lengthwise and discard the pit. 
  2. In a medium bowl scoop the avocado out and mash with a fork or a masher until smooth. 
  3. Add the red onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice and stir to combine.
  4. Add a generous amount of salt and pepper to taste. 
  5. Serve with corn chips, gluten-free pretzels or as a spread on a sandwich! Enjoy!

Notes: Squeeze the remaining lime juice over the guacamole to preserve freshness. Tightly cover with saran wrap to avoid browning.
